1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the RUSHFLY application ("the App"), website, or any related services (collectively, "the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Platform.
  • You must not be located in a jurisdiction where online gaming or cryptocurrency transactions are prohibited by law.
  • You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
  • We reserve the right to request proof of age or identity at any time and to restrict access if requirements are not met.

3. Account Registration

  • You must create an account to use the Platform. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
  • Each individual is permitted one account only. Multiple accounts may be suspended or terminated without notice.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Game Mechanics & Provably Fair System

  • RUSHFLY is a crash-multiplier game where a multiplier increases from 1.00x until it "crashes" at a randomly determined point.
  • Each round uses a provably fair algorithm based on HMAC-SHA256 cryptographic hashing. A server seed hash is published before each round, and the full server seed is revealed after the round ends for independent verification.
  • The crash point for each round is predetermined before the betting phase begins and cannot be altered during gameplay.
  • Players may place up to two independent bets per round (Bet A and Bet B), each with separate cashout controls.
  • A house edge is applied to the crash point calculation. The house edge percentage may be adjusted by the platform operator.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

  • The Platform supports cryptocurrency deposits and withdrawals across supported blockchain networks.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that you send funds to the correct deposit address and on the correct blockchain network. Funds sent to incorrect addresses cannot be recovered.
  • Deposits are credited after the required number of blockchain confirmations.
  • Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts may apply and are displayed within the App.
  • Withdrawal processing times vary. Small withdrawals may be processed automatically; larger amounts may require manual review for security purposes.
  • The Platform reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

  • Bonus offers, promo codes, and promotional campaigns are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time of the offer.
  • The Platform reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
  • Abuse of bonuses or promotions (including creation of multiple accounts) may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and account suspension.

7. Referral Program

  • Registered users may invite others using their unique referral code and earn a commission on bets placed by their referrals.
  • The referral commission rate is set by the platform and may be modified at any time.
  • Self-referrals, fraudulent referrals, or referral abuse will result in forfeiture of commission and potential account termination.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any illegal activity.
  • Exploit bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform.
  • Use bots, scripts, automation tools, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Platform's software.
  • Interfere with the operation of the Platform or disrupt other users' experience.
  • Create multiple accounts to circumvent limits or abuse promotions.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to: violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, regulatory requirements, or extended periods of inactivity. Upon termination, any remaining balance may be subject to review before being released.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  • We are not responsible for any losses resulting from gameplay, cryptocurrency price fluctuations, blockchain delays, network outages, or unauthorized access to your account.
  • Our total liability to you shall not exceed the balance in your account at the time of the claim.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

11. Responsible Gaming

RUSHFLY is committed to responsible gaming. We encourage you to set personal limits on deposits and bets. If you believe you have a gambling problem, please seek help from professional support organizations. You may request a voluntary self-exclusion from the Platform by contacting our support team.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, software, text, and game mechanics — is the property of RUSHFLY or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.
